Supercritical Synthesis Boosts Nanoparticle Conductivity by 1,000 Times
Researchers have utilised a one-step supercritical solvothermal process to create highly modified strontium titanate nanoparticles. By tweaking the atomic structure with specific elements, they successfully increased electronic conductivity by up to 1,000 times compared to standard materials.
