The analysis revealed that yoga practices significantly alter the body's internal metrics. The findings, based on moderate-quality evidence, include:- Systolic blood pressure dropped by an average of 4.35 mmHg, a change that can lower stroke risk.
- Diastolic blood pressure decreased by 2.06 mmHg.
- Modest improvements were measured in LDL (bad) and HDL (good) cholesterol levels.
